Sex Doll Highlights at 2026 Shanghai API Expo

The 5th annual 2026 Shanghai API Expo is here – the first Chinese adult expo of the year. And while many visitors journeyed to see the latest in adult toys, we’re just here for the dolls. As expected, not too many sex doll brands showed up (since Shanghai is far from the factories), but a good number still attended. Brands like WM, CY Doll, and Aizhimei are always there, rain or shine. Having said that, they didn’t have anything particularly new or exciting. It was really just a showcase of existing dolls, so let’s keep it short and sweet and jump straight into it.

Special thanks to 胶享樂 (glue enjoyment), an amazing photographer and the expo GOAT, for these photos. He actually joined TDF recently, but no one there knows who he is.

WM Doll/Jinsan

Starting off with WM Doll, who had a showcase of anime, male, and female dolls, including the 163H body. They also have a strange new torso.

Jinsan PriveMate

Right next door, was something called Jinsan PriveMate. Seems of be a new sub-brand for their electronic and robotic features.

Sigafun

Next, Sigafun was hyping up their booth, which had some pretty dolls on display. I won’t show all the torsos and hip toys (which they’re known for), just mainly the dolls.

CY Doll

Then, the behemoth of the expo, CY Doll took center stage. They showed off a futuristic “robot-jointed” doll, which I assume is just an art piece (or maybe it’s a new body). It looks cool though. And as expected, the display dolls were pretty too.

Shedoll

Shedoll showed up with many cute dolls, including a male doll.

Elsa Babe

As always, Elsa Babe’s booth was covered in colorful, anime dolls. They usually cram in as many as possible, but couldn’t fit as much in this time around.

Aizhimei (Aimi/Aiomi)

Next, a brand who has never missed an expo is Aizhimei. There’s a new doll that kind of resembles Shedoll, as well as their usual Western dolls. Nothing really different this year, maybe more torsos.

Qianjiao

I don’t know this brand, but apparently, they’ve been at many expos.

J-FOX

I know my readers aren’t into male dolls, but I have to show that recent John Wick/Keanu doll.

Climax Doll

Climax Doll only had a few dolls, prioritizing their ULW series. They look pretty good. Shame they didn’t bring the Cammy doll though.

YSR Doll

I don’t really know this brand, but they’re at most expos.

CST Doll

CST returned with their usual circular display, but I didn’t realize how jarring their neck seam was before. They also brought back their robot.

SoulGrow

A new AV replica doll brand called SoulGrow debuted. Not sure, but I think it’s just one model in 4 variations – a JAV star called Miu Shiromine. The face looks really realistic (though some might find it uncanny). Interesting to see all the JAV replica dolls lately.

KiraDols

KiraDols also made their expo debut, showcasing their quirky anime dolls. They’re what I expected from the promo photos – like weird-looking but unique.

Princess AI Bionic Girlfriend

I don’t know this brand, but I recognize some promo photos in the back poster (which are dolls are under different names).

Aijirui/AGRE

Last but not least, another new anime brand called AGRE debuted. Their style resembles Jinsan, and they look ok, but aren’t the most appealing to me. I feel like many anime brands lately are hit-or-miss.

Conclusion

That wraps up the first day of the 2026 Shanghai API Expo. I didn’t expect much from this expo, and it was pretty much as expected. If it’s not in Guangzhou, most brands won’t be there. Still, several new brands debuted, like some anime and replica brands. The highlight was probably CY Doll’s “art piece,” which may or may not be for sale (reminds me of ones Gynoid and EXDOLL did in the past), which is cool but pretty niche. Overall, whether anything was interesting or not, at least you get to see it and judge for yourself.

Since I have your attention, next week’s weekly post will probably be delayed. I’ll be busy next week so just a heads up.. Otherwise, I think this is pretty much it for the expo. I hope you enjoyed it, and until next time!

The other male doll is Henry Cavill – I like the lady with the cyborg showing parts. COOL!
