Shedoll is a real brand, and shedollshop is one of their vendors. Shedoll is one of those brands that’s uncommon in the West so you won’t find much English reviews. They’re much more popular in Asia (lots of info on them on the Chinese forum ymdoll).
I don’t have any experience with shedollshop but some Western vendors like MyRobotDoll also carry Shedoll. As for the clothed photos, they had a lot of recent photosets like that. My guess is that they’re customer photos (from experienced photographers), and they give Shedoll permission to use them as promo photos, which is why there’s no nude photos.

Not sure how you found that website, but they seem suspicious to me. Low prices, fake reviews (one of the photos looks like Piper Doll Ariel which they don’t sell), domain registered 15 days ago, and no About Us section. Looks like a random website that just appeared selling knockoff products.
