The 28th annual 2026 Guangzhou Adult Expo is finally here! The biggest expo of the year – when it comes to sex dolls at least. From Oct 31 – Nov 2, visitors from all around put aside their worries to check out the latest toys – but more importantly – to squeeze a handful of silicone. This year, over a dozen doll brands battled for glory with dazzling displays and exquisite designs. There’s a lot to cover so let’s just jump right into it.
Special thanks and courtesy to 胶享樂 (Glue Enjoyment), one of the best expo photographers every year. Also, thanks to Realdollonline for some photos.
WM Doll
First, WM locked in on anime once more, but also brought in classics like the silicone 163H Jasmine and another one I should be able to identify.. But overall, it was a mixed selection, including the recent Halloween makeup.

Irontech Doll
Next, Irontech took on a futuristic silver theme (like Shedoll in 2024). They mostly went with their Asian dolls to appeal to the locals, and included all their sub-brands (Real Lady, Sigafun, and Missterverse).

Real Lady
Due to limited booth space, they only squeezed in two Real Lady models.

Sigafun
Next door was their Sigafun booth, featuring thick bodies and torsos.

Missterverse
And last, Missterverse (most likely Irontech’s anime line) debuted. I thought the style was weird at first, but I’m getting used to it now.

CY Doll/Top-Cydoll
CY Doll had a beautiful lineup of both Asian dolls (under CY Doll) and Western dolls from Top-Cydoll. They debuted an upcoming head called Mia, and had a new booth style where everything was spaced out.

Videos
MMX Doll
MMX Doll had a variety of realistic-looking dolls. From their robot head to the recent AIO 160cm MengRu to the Rola Takizawa replica. I can’t remember the other heads off the top of my head..

Robot Video
Doll Senior
Out of all the booths, Doll Senior’s was probably the most exquisite. With an “angel vs devil” battle in mid-air and tall Greek pillars, that only scratches the surface. Their cosplays were next level, and I really like the medieval fantasy ones. They also unveiled a robot head, lit on a futuristic bust.

Robot video
Elsa Babe
As usual, Elsa Babe crammed in as many dolls they could and had the most colorful booth there. A wide range of anime dolls, though no recent heads from what I can tell.

JY Doll
Despite releasing nothing for years, JY Doll still shows up for every expo. Their dolls look nice as usual, but it’s a shame they aren’t more active. Maybe the doll in the glass case is new?

SHEDOLL
Shedoll’s booth was a bit simple compared to before, but they had a sleek white clothing theme. They brought that one newish head that looks just as weird in-person as in the photoset.

LACEDOLL
Meanwhile, Lacedoll took on a more cosplay approach. I can only guess these are Wuthering Waves characters, as well as a group bunny theme.

YUE Doll
Yue Doll had a nice assortment of dolls. Can’t really tell from the photos which are AIO, but they also showed off a large collection of heads.

Firefly Doll
Firefly Doll had a very elegant booth, like entering a photoset. The dolls were really pretty and similar to their promo photos.

Bezlya Doll
Bezlya brought in their typical selection of dolls, including some replica dolls. I was hoping to see something new from them, but it was mostly more of the same.

Stella Dolls
The newish brand, Stella Dolls, debuted with a sleek, artistic feel. Their dolls look pretty much exactly the same as their promo photos.

FUDOLL/YF Doll
FUDOLL’s booth had a little photo spot at the entrance for YF Doll, which might be made in the same factory. Otherwise, FUDOLL had a decent selection including their Tifa doll, and what looks like the 165J Baitao or Zhang Yinxi. Either way, they missed the opportunity to dress her up as Stellar Blade’s Eve.

Dolls Castle
Dolls Castle brought their whacky antics to the expo, featuring mostly furry dolls, a Galatea, muscular doll, and the TPE 183cm body.

SY Doll
I could only find a few photos for SY Doll. Surprisingly, they went with a full Western theme, but disappointingly, no Moonvale furries.

Top Fire Doll
Top Fire Doll had a mix of Asian and Western beauties. I feel like every time “Cammy” is there, I get disappointed because it doesn’t look like her, but it’s slightly better than last time. They also had robot heads at the front.

Robot Video
KiraDols
Their 2nd expo appearance, KiraDols took on a calmer schoolgirl approach this time. I think their recent transition to more normal-looking heads made a huge difference.

Jinghua
I don’t know this brand, but their style looks a bit familiar. Very anime-inspired with heavy makeup.

Airislove Doll
I showed this brand’s launch a while back, but they didn’t seem to do much since then. It’s a mixed bag but some of their heads are nice.

MZRAI Doll
I see this brand a lot on certain vendors, but I never covered them. Mainly, I didn’t trust their photos, but they look decent here.

YIMEI Forum
Two Chinese doll forums also had booths showcasing a variety of brands, mainly brands who didn’t have their own booth. Pretty cool seeing competing brands all side-by-side. It’s also the first time some brands like Yudoll, Hime King, and Yuluoclub appeared at an expo.

WASHE Forum
The other forum is called Washe or wasedoll, and they also had a large selection of brands. This includes Starpery’s recent Chuye and SEDOLL’s Wheat Annika. Kind of surprised they didn’t have their own booths. Also, surprised Uneedoll didn’t squeeze their way into Shedoll’s section.

Conclusion
That wraps up a quick look at the huge 2026 Guangzhou Expo. Tons of brands showed up, but surprisingly, many regulars didn’t. For example, Aizhimei has been at every expo since forever, but they weren’t here. Also, no high-end brands like TAYU or Gynoid showed up. Still, there were lots to see. Some were newish releases, but nothing super revolutionary. I also cut out some random brands, particularly the figure/figurine/male ones. This year, there wasn’t much robotics, besides Doll Senior’s which was probably the prettiest. Robotics progress has been slow, but compared to last year, it’s still an improvement. Overall, it was yet another expo, but at least you get to see how dolls look without all the filters. Should I keep covering future expos or was it just more of the same? Did anything stand out to you? Comment below!

Hi Steven, great job on covering the Expo. I for one would like it if you kept covering them. Also, do you know how tall the Sigafun doll in the wihite is? I’ve been keeping my eye on it for a while.
One of the downsides with expos is they don’t clearly label the heads and bodies. There are many bodies it could be.. I’ll let you know if Sigafun replies.
