New AIO Sex Dolls, Sino S158, MMX MengRu, Anime, & More

October went by quickly – surprisingly, without many spooks or thrills – now replaced by turkeys and shopping. It’s crunch time for brands and vendors, who want you to splurge on the doll you’ve been saving for. However, this week, most brands were busy at the 2026 Guangzhou Expo, leaving only a sliver of doll news. This time around, Sino Doll returned for another anniversary, AIO dolls were on full display, and anime dominated again. Before getting to the expo coverage, first, we have to get through the latest in doll news.

WM Doll

Late for Halloween, WM showed off some last-minute spooky makeup. It’s a cool gothic, dark witch style that’s probably the spookiest this year.

SEDOLL

Next, SE Doll showed off their beautiful T165C Annika in Wheat skin. Greek fantasy-themed, she’s both pretty and kind of badass. The dark setting really brings out her skin tone.

Elsa Babe

Elsa Babe released a new head called Genba Chiwa (Genba Tokiko upscaled for the 176cm body). Her eyes are fairly pretty, and she could play an anime version of Malfoid.

Sino Doll

Sino Doll is back? It must be time for another anniversary. For their 16th anniversary, Sino Doll focused on AIO this time with more anime-ish styles (their regular line and not Top-sino). This includes a new Soft-Max AIO S158 body with two heads, and other new AIO pairings. Starting with the AIO S158 Lincheng and Linfu, they’re both colorful and cutesy.

Next, they created an AIO 164cm LinNan, pairing an existing head and body. A pretty good choice for an AIO.

And last, another AIO pairing: Linqiu on the S82 torso.

MMX Doll

On the same wavelength, MMX Doll released a new AIO 160A (C-cup) MengRu. Yet another cute Asian style, although her proportions seem slightly weird when standing. I think maybe her legs are just thin, which makes her upper body seem wider.

The photographer, Glue Enjoyment, also unboxed the doll, which looks pretty good. He made an in-depth 14-minute unboxing video, but I have nowhere to upload it..

Fanreal

Wait, even more AIO? Like Lila last week, Fanreal’s Nora is the latest UniSeries doll, again on the 166J body. I always thought Nora fit this body surprisingly well in the past, giving JAV star vibes.

After three AIO 166J models, Fanreal wasn’t done with the 166J body just yet. In fact, they went all-in on it. They paired it with Diana for the ultimate “hot teacher.” This one isn’t AIO, at least, not yet.

Next, they released a torso version of the 166J body: the 111J. Again, they showed off Diana (perhaps hinting that she’ll be the next AIO), as well as Lila. Despite mixed thoughts on this body, there seems to be enough melon connoisseurs out there for them to go all-in like this.

Doll Senior

Doll Senior shared new photos of Scorpio, this time on the 175G body – from demon girl to bright elf. Cosplayed as Wuthering Waves’ Cartethyia, it’s a nice fit as they keep the cool fantasy cosplays coming.

They also unveiled a robot head at the Guangzhou Expo. Though it’s unclear whether the mouth can move, the head movement and blinking seem really natural. Plus, Doll Senior’s style remains pretty in robot form.

Irontech Doll

Irontech released a new head called Evelyn (S59) that’s very Real Lady in style. It’s definitely one of their most realistic heads, and beautifully paired on the tall 171cm body. The lighting is a bit harsh, but this is one of the better designs in a while.

Meanwhile, they also released the 8th head in their Young Series: Peach. A night-and-day difference, this is another cutesy face on a thick body resembling some recent Oriental Series pairings. It shows just how distinct their styles are, which gets even more distinct when you see their latest venture into anime (later).

Game Lady

After 3 years, Game Lady finally upgraded Ashley with ROS mouth. It was only a matter of time as 2026 was their year of mouth upgrades. Looks as expected and keeps the smile, though the makeup doesn’t seem as realistic as before.

Comparison with the original head, which looked more realistic

Funwest Doll

Funwest Doll released a new TPE head called Camille, who looks somewhat interesting. It’s hard to describe her face, a bit of a chubby style.

MD Doll

Waist deep in anime now, MD Doll released a new head called Irumi. Not really my type of anime, but I guess she’s cute.

Can’t Pronounce Doll

Speaking of MD Doll, everyone’s favorite brand that can’t be named released a new head called Sohee. Korean-inspired, she’s quite pretty and a reminder of MD’s style before going anime.

KiraDols

Well, we’re in the thick of anime now. KiraDols released a new head called Yuzuki. A continuation of more normal-looking heads, which is very noticeable when compared to their older heads.

MissterVerse/MHDOLL

A while back, I showed a new brand called MHDOLL – whose Western name is MissterVerse. Surprisingly, they were officially TDF-approved last week. They definitely have a distinct anime style. They’re 150cm tall, but wide and thick – not proportioned like figures. Kind of interesting, and here are their latest 2 heads.

Unexpectedly, they also debuted at both 2026 Venus Berlin and Guangzhou expos. Last time I showed them, I noted that they’re related to Sigafun (based on factory photos -> which in turn is related to Irontech). That explains why Irontech reps were showing them at the Berlin expo, and Leonard (founder of Irontech) was showcasing them at the Guangzhou expo. At this point, I think it’s safe to assume they’re Irontech’s anime sub-brand (which also makes onaholes and masturbators).

I removed a section on BC Doll, otherwise there were more anime dolls this week.

2026 Guangzhou Expo

The 2026 Guangzhou Expo (Oct 31 – Nov 2) was packed as usual, full of people and brands. Unfortunately, my expo coverage won’t be out until tomorrow (by then, it’ll already feel like old news..). Basically, I was waiting on a really good photographer, who takes arguably the best expo photos every year. However, he’s behind this year, and if you want quality, you have to wait for it. Oh well, now that the news is done, the expo is up next. I’ll try to get it out tomorrow.

Conclusion

That wraps up a short week of sex doll news. With most brands at the Guangzhou Expo, No Nut November didn’t quite start with a bang. Still, AIO dolls and anime dolls were all the hype. Sino Doll, MMX, and Fanreal all had new AIO dolls, giving rise to the seamless neck. Meanwhile, brands all seem to be pursuing anime hungrily lately. Do they know something that we don’t? Are anime waifus taking over the world? And yet, I feel like their designs are so whacky and distinct, that none are super appealing. Anyway, with the expo post coming tomorrow, you’ll actually recognize a lot of the dolls here at the expo. As brands return home, my work is only getting started. Until next time!
