On September 30, 2026, Game Lady released a new Head #44, inspired by Grace from Resident Evil Requiem. After a stagnant year with some mediocre designs and ROS mouth upgrades, they’re back with another banger. From Requiem to DLSS 5 to doll form, Grace comes to life as possibly Game Lady’s best release in 2026. She looks strikingly similar to the game character with almost pinpoint accuracy. Sadly, no custom body, but the 166E suits her, and they nailed everything else from face to wig to cosplay. Game Lady may have found their groove again with a series that always brought them success: Resident Evil.

How does Game Lady’s Head #44 compare to Top-Cydoll’s recent Claire? Game Lady’s seems more gamified, while Top-Cydoll’s is more realistic.

Conclusion

Game Lady’s Resident Evil heads have always been their strong suit. Maybe the game’s aesthetics just pairs well with their style. Although Ashley is still my favorite (before someone said she looked like reviewbrah), Head #44 is probably their best release this year. The accuracy is impeccable and a huge improvement from their recent Overwatch heads. Plus, she’s a recent character so they’re not years behind again. Is this the comeback Game Lady needed? Evie from Stellar Blade: Blood Rain is suggested to be their next head (from a contest winner) so big things may be coming. Does the fire within them still burn? We can only wait and see.
