SEDOLL T175E, Jiusheng 162G, Anime Dolls, Uneedoll, & More

Average August lives up to its name as the quiet month drags on. This week, Top-Cydoll returned with a new head, SEDOLL stayed in the zone, Irontech went all-in on the Asian niche, and more. It’s been a slow month, and this week was no different, so let’s jump right into it.

WM Doll

First, WM Doll returned to their roots again with a fully S-TPE display. Previously, they were revamping their iconic Jasmine, and now past classics are getting a makeover too. Nice to see their once-popular TPE dolls getting some love.

SEDOLL

While most brands lagged behind, SE Doll surprisingly had new releases all month – and this week was no different. This time, they released a new T175cm E-cup body and two new heads. Starting with Vivian, I like the blonde French maid theme, though her face isn’t super unique. Meanwhile, it’s their tallest body thus far with a nice figure and meaty behind at 39.2 kg (86.5 lbs).

Next, Nora looks a bit similar but more youthful and mischievous? While I’m liking the body, I’m still a bit conflicted on the two new heads. Do they seem too generic or are you a fan?

Elsa Babe

Elsa Babe released a new head called Matsuo Nao. While not entirely unique, she has a pleasant face, and sometimes, that’s all you need.

Irontech Doll

Bringing the Oriental Series back to life, Irontech released a new head called Kurumi (A6). They’re on an Asian run lately, and this time, went more realistic. Rather than pairing cute heads with stacked bodies like before, they paired her on the rare 161cm Minus. I always thought this body was a bit too skinny, but it somewhat fits due to the Asian aesthetic.

They also revealed the next member of their Young Series: Ria. Like previous heads, she resembles Shedoll’s cutesy style and gives me Stellar Blade vibes. I think every head in the series also has openable and closeable eyes. Oddly, the head-body skin tone seems really off here, but looks fine in the factory photos. Reminds me of bodybuilders tanning and oiling their bodies.

Factory photos

Last, they released their “IronAI Bionic VaginaX” (EIB500). Looks like 2022’s “sucking vaginas” are back in style, but modernized. It features heating, squeezing, suction, vibration, etc, but I’ll just let the video explain it. It also works without their AI subscription (which is only for the voice).

Real Lady

Meanwhile, Real Lady’s 159cm Alara returned in an interesting new set. Some nice dress-ups to spice up their shy Japanese beauty.

Top-Cydoll

Top-Cydoll finally returned with a new head called Poppy. Their 2nd attempt at a closed-mouth, smiling head, but really subtle and almost plain. Still, there’s a certain charm the more you look at her. She reminds me of a certain Youtuber/streamer who I won’t name (since you won’t be able to unsee it).

Next, they have a new version of Isabella called Isabella-S. Like Polly-S and Elva-S, it’s basically a scaled-down version for the 150C body. Looks decent though this body always seemed oddly small to me.

And last, their 161L Tanya returned, capitalizing on the Spiderman hype.

Doll Senior

On their recent 158K body, Doll Senior teased the next Zodiac Series head: Scorpio. While the astrology theme seems long gone, this devil cosplay is probably as close as you’re gonna get (besides cosplaying as Mortal Kombat’s Scorpion). The anime theme fits the fantasy elf well, and we get another look at the K-cup body.

Firefly Doll

My favorite version of Rona returned with her streaked brown hair and smoky makeup. This time, she looks more mature and voluptuous on the busty 164cm MAX body.

Jiusheng

Like SEDOLL, Jiusheng kept the releases coming, this time with a new 162cm G-cup body and head called Wenwen. Feeling milky, this thick and busty body seems quite manageable at only 30 kg (66 lbs).

MD Doll

MD Doll released a new head called Hazel, which I swear looks like another head they have. Their tactical cosplays continue to spice things up though.

Jarliet

Jarliet’s 163cm Fiona returned for a second look. This time, she’s a feisty redhead in their usual heavy makeup.

Sigafun

Sigafun released a new head called Rin Kurokawa (Lin Heichuan), who’s supposedly a mafia heiress. Really nice shoot showing off her leggy figure.

Climax Doll

Climax Doll released 3 new mini bodies, and a new head called Diana (inspired by Jessica Rabbit). Fittingly, each body is busty, but in different ways. The Si70 fits “Jessica” the most with huge breasts, while the SP body looks like a Synthol monstrosity. Kind of fun to see Jessica Rabbit again (feel like I haven’t seen her since the Piper days), but these bodies are a bit too weird for my tastes. The SP body looks like something Dolls Castle would make, while the AR has a random little tail.

The third new body is the J59. Not sure why they’re so into miniature dolls/figures lately – probably just easier to make – but it looks like they took a cute anime doll and supersized the breasts.

BC Doll

Speaking of anime, BC Doll returned with a new head called Nanya. While they did a great job with the cosplay and posing, her face seems a bit plain, although a neutral face isn’t always bad.

Aibei

Aibei shared new photos of their recent Yuna head, which I think looks much better than before. The heavy Japanese theme really helped spice her up.

Uneedoll

Last but not least, since it was another quiet week, I’ll throw in a newish brand called Uneedoll. For the past few weeks, I’ve been glossing over them, mainly because they look so much like Lacedoll (or Shedoll) that they didn’t stand out to me. Still, they look decent enough so here’s a quick wall of photos. They currently have 4 heads and 3 bodies, and as usual, I know nothing about them.

Conclusion

That wraps up another slow week of news. It’s been a lazy summer full of anime and BBW bodies, but Irontech changed that this week. Top-Cydoll returned with another Western head, Climax Doll had more figures, and another new brand that doesn’t really stand out. The month is really dragging along, but at least, SEDOLL and Jiusheng seem unusually active lately. For those who actually read this, just a heads-up that next week’s post will be slightly delayed since I have some appointments. But considering how slow the month is, you probably won’t miss much. Until next time!

Hi Steven, do you foresee the current top dollmakers such as WM, Irontech, Zelex, etc. be overtaken by newer companies like AheadForm, Noetix, Hokmind, and Robonova–since they are leading the charge with “Humanoids” by merging ai and robotics to bring it to life, something that many doll enthusiasts have been clamoring for.

Also, did you see the AheadForm’s vid floating around on social media of their “Elf Xuan II” android at China’s World Robot Conference? Neat stuff in the pipeline

    1. Steven

Personally, I don’t think so. I’ve seen AheadForm and other brands, but they still have a long way to go in my opinion. For now, I think robots and dolls are still two completely different fields, though they overlap in some aspects. If robots ever become affordable with a doll exterior, I think many people would choose that over a doll for sure, but I think that’s many years away. But if they ever get to a point where they have all of a doll’s functions and more (and is affordable), they will definitely compete. Doll brands have also been pursuing robotics, though not nearly as well. Ideally, the two sides merging would be the best of both worlds.

Oh but one unfortunate dent in this. Like how China recently passed regulations discouraging “AI love/companions,” I wonder if these mainstream robotic brands will be allowed to have sexual function.

Thanks for the thoughtful insights. It does put things in perspective with the important distinction between dolls and robots and what separates and links them together. Good add on with the recent regulation by China and how it will affect the industry.
