Sex Doll News: New Heads & Bodies, Beautiful Dolls, & More

After a fairly dead December full of uncertainty, sex doll brands are back with a vengeance. This week, brands were on fire – cooking so impeccably that even The Rock could smell it. Climax Doll went from zero to hero, Irontech unleashed their Snow Angels, and Fanreal & MMX showed why they’re on top (of the realism charts). While brands are still in the thick of it, many brands came back swinging and properly welcomed in the month of December.

SEDOLL

First, SE Doll released a new TPE head called Selene. On their unique and muscular TPE 163D body, she’s a lovely throwback to TPE dolls, which many people miss.

Next, they released their new Ultra-Flex Fingers option for silicone dolls. This upgrades their hands and fingers for greater flexibility, durability, and realistic posing. Interestingly, several brands including Funwest Doll all released this option recently so I’m guessing the skeletons all come from the same supplier (like with articulated fingers). Definitely a welcomed upgrade and expect more brands to have it soon.

Elsa Babe

Still playing with fire, Elsa Babe released a new head called Yukimura Suzuka on their 140 M-breast body. In Christmas spirit, they gave her fairly unique eyebrows, and highlighted her peachy side.

Irontech Doll

In collaboration, Irontech & Real Lady released a new Snow Angel Series featuring 4 limited-time dolls (ends Jan 30, 2026). It’s a bit confusing, but sounds like only the makeup is limited, and some are old heads – now with ROS Max – that are called “brand-new” (they might have re-sculpted the head slightly for ROS). However, they actually did release 2 new silicone bodies: 166cm 2.0 (not related to their old 166cm body) and 171cm.

Starting with Irontech’s 2 Snow Angels: Aureline and Glacielle. Basically, they’re existing heads, but now with ROS Max and a new name. Aureline is the S44 Molly (with ROS Max) while Gacille is the S19 Pearl (with ROS Max). Only available on their own website (vendors can’t sell them), they’re banking on FOMO for sales, but in reality, it’s more like FAFO where they’ll find out why they need vendors.

Real Lady

Next, Real Lady has the other two Snow Angels: Froska (R5 Freya) and Vyrella (R16 Helena). Of these heads, Helena (R16) is new and never-before-seen. Although the photos look nice, CubikoMandos might have spoiled me with his iconic winter photos, as these photos couldn’t quite match.

Zelex

Zelex kept their Fusion Series rolling with a new head (ZFE05) on their AIO 168B body. With a dollish, doe-eyed look, this adds some welcomed head variety to their series.

Top-Cydoll

Still on fire, Top-Cydoll released 2 new heads: Carina and Natasha. Starting with Carina, who has a face with personality. TDF members praised her facial expression over ones with blank stares.

Next on the 172A body, Natasha has a fierce, freckled European style. So far, every head has looked good on this tall, petite body, and I agree with people who said the body needs more freckles to match.

Fanreal

Also on fire, Fanreal released a new head called Mirella (ROS). Another Western beauty, I think they struck gold once more. They showcased her on two bodies, starting with the 168F.

Next, of course, they paired her with their recent 166J body. What started as a controversial (“too busty”) body, now began to win people over, including me. Somehow, the big melons complement her face even more, as does the kimono.

Lusandy

A reminder that Christmas is coming, Lusandy returned with a new head called Anรคis. Definitely an interesting and exotic head that feels more fantasy to me. And as expected, the 167cm body heats up the room.

MMX Doll

Next, MMX Doll released a beautiful new head called MengSha. Most likely another winner for them, her realism, slight smile, and Asian features (with a subtle hint of Western-ness) make her almost perfect.

They also released Mengxin (on the 156B body) that they teased a while back. Another beautiful and realistic Asian face that turned out better than I expected.

And last, they teased another upcoming Western head. Needless-to-say, they’ve got things down to a science now from face sculpt to hair. They know what they’re doing and they’re slowly taking over.

Firefly Diary

Firefly Diary released a new head called Yelan. After a few Western heads, they’re back to Asian beauties. And as always, subtle smiles get bonus points from me.

Sanhui

After another round of silence, Sanhui returned with a new AIO doll: 146cm Miaoqing (head #44). Despite being new, the head looks super similar to another one they have. Still, it’s a pretty nice design for AIO fans, and has Real Skin Texture.

Climax Doll

This week, it was Climax Doll’s time to shine with 2 new ULW (Ultra-lightweight) additions – this time, full bodies rather than torsos. Starting with the new silicone 156F Rhea, they went from a “literal horse doll” to “horse-riding hottie” – a night-to-day difference in design. A stunning transformation that left the doll community in awe. This ULW bombshell weighs 27.1 kg (60 lbs).

But, they didn’t stop there. They also released a new ULW silicone 158E Mayu. With artistic photography and a stylized head, this body’s skinnier and less curvy, but 2cm taller and slightly lighter (25.7 kg / 57 lbs). The face looks interesting in an artistic kind of way.

MD Doll

Winter may have come early, but MD Doll brought back summer with a new head called Vicky. Fairly cute, she’s definitely one of their better heads lately, and a break from their focus in the black niche.

Yue Doll

Yue Doll announced two upcoming AIO bodies, one 155cm and the other 150cm. For now, they only teased one of them: the 155cm Tongtong (with Real Skin Texture). I think she looks pretty good, and some details (like the feet) are incredibly realistic. They have a list of 16 other heads that can be integrated onto this body, which makes me think they have a special way of making any AIO combination – something other brands could learn from.

Doll Senior

Still in a Christmas mood, Doll Senior had a ton of photos to share. But to avoid a wall of photos (and since I’m missing many photos), I had to cut out most of them. Here are more photos of their recent Aoi head that shows off the 160D body as well.

Not Ye

As for Not Ye (Doll Senior’s torso sub-brand), I thought for a long time whether to show this or not (because it’s borderline Dolls Castle territory). They’re the first to make a bust (half-torso) doll with a vagina & anus. I think it looks weird but Not Ye isn’t afraid to experiment.. Is it weird enough? Not ye(t).

Jarliet

Jarliet released a new head called Winni on their 163cm body. Although a bit similar to their previous Rylan (and reused the same background), she’s another interesting addition.

XT Doll

XT Doll upgraded their ROS mouths to 2.0. According to them, the tongue is softer and more natural, teeth brighter and shinier, and overall, more realistic. Although the upgrade is mostly aesthetic, it definitely looks much better.

Rise of the Anime Dolls? (Last but not least)

Regarding the recent drama and crackdown, many brands are still in the dark without any official guidelines (only some unofficial ones). But with the power of Buddha and anime on their side, brands fired back this week. WM/Jinsan and Mozu Doll both released new 141cm dolls (even on Taobao, one of the Chinese ecommerce websites affected). It seems to be a statement that anime dolls aren’t as scrutinized – and that they’re 1cm past the requirement. Meanwhile, Aotume said their 135B is ok, and Croissant Doll is resuming production. While still speculation for now, the unofficial guidelines seem very objective and quantitative at least, where anime doesn’t seem to count. Maybe that’s why Elsa Babe hasn’t paid much attention so far.

Conclusion

That wraps up possibly the most eventful week of December thus far. Through the political chaos, brands emerged with spectacular new heads and bodies. Irontech gifted more body choices, while Top-Cydoll, Fanreal, & MMX took things to the next level. Their beauty and realism remain unmatched. Meanwhile, Climax Doll was the underdog this week (or should I say underhorse) that won hearts with their 156F cowgirl Rhea.

As for the drama, things remain uncertain as a vendor told me: brands still have no idea what’s going on. While the obvious ones are off the table, a slippery slope could always be right around the corner. However, what this week showed me is that no matter what happens, there’s gonna be some amazing dolls. I know for some, things feel bleak, but brands will adapt and hopefully bring more beauties soon. Stay optimistic, and until next time!

You never buy from factory! Its always waaay more expensive for no reason other than GREED and higher risk in general for something to go wrong.

So the factory-exclusive “Winter Edition” dolls from IT and RL is a big L. Do not support such behavior! And lets be honest, those Snow Angels dont look very special at all.

    MMX: good stuff

My winner of the week: Firefly. I dont know if its the wig+clothing combo or just the face, i really like it.

    1. Steven

Well, I didn’t want to say it, but I think most people know why lol.. They make more money per sale without the vendor. But it’s their brand so it is what it is I guess, but I think they’ll find out why they need vendors (It’s like losing 100 sources of promotion)..

I also like the new Firefly Diary. Pretty face, and the hair and outfit really complemented her. Qiandao is still my favorite though. ๐Ÿ˜„

  2. Rebel Drifter on YT

So many beauties again wow! I do love those 2 pics of the MMX sculpt! Amazing!

    1. Steven

MMX was good before, but they continue to surprise and impress me. Along with Fanreal and Top-Cydoll, their designs just keep getting better. Some brands get kinda stagnant (and release the same stuff), but those brands keep improving which is nice to see.

      1. Rebel Drifter on YT

Nice. I still can’t comment on FanReal. I have emailed tons of times but they responded maybe once but they just won’t get back to me. Oh well… ๐Ÿ™ Guess I am not big / popular enough hahaha.

        1. Steven

They were busy making Mirella hehe. But yeah, sorry to hear that. Some brands (and vendors) are really into finding influencers and some aren’t. If it makes you feel better, Zelex and Sino Doll (and probably some others) won’t reply to me either. ๐Ÿ˜†

          1. Rebel Drifter on YT

Hahaha poop! I actually had amazing contact with Zelex lately ๐Ÿ˜€
Sino I have not had the pleasure to converse with. Either way… Merry Christmas buddy!!!

            1. Steven

              Merry Christmas! ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŽ„

  3. Argo

Love MMX doll! can’t wait for mine to come home. I also bought the controversial fanreal 166cm J cup which should arrive Februrary 2026. Dolls have gotten so much better even in the last few years, as I remembered options like hard hands and gel breasts were not universal but only for very expensive brands. I can’t wait to see where the future of dolls go.

    1. Steven

Nice, a MMX and Fanreal! What a lineup. ๐Ÿ˜€

The 166J has really grown on me. I can imagine it becoming popular (as it looks amazing in photos), though I hope it isn’t as heavy as it looks.

Yep, it’s crazy how quickly the industry is advancing. What were options back then like articulated fingers, ROS mouth, and even Real Skin Texture are quickly becoming the standards. I can only imagine what dolls will be like one year from now.

  4. Carolin

    Hey there!

I’m Carolin, brand operations at Real Lady.

Just sharing a bit of official context for anyone following along โ€” for the Snow Angel release, both dolls feature our ROS MAX series heads. In fact, starting from R5, Real Lady head sculpts don’t come in soft or hard versions anymore ๐Ÿ™‚

We’ve gotten lots of enthusiastic anticipation from our customers around the Freya (R5) ROS MAX head, so Helena (R16) ROS MAX was launched together with Freya as part of the Snow Angel theme โ€” marking their first-ever official release in this concept!

Both models are official website exclusives and part of a special breakthrough pricing release, only available for a limited time on the Real Lady website.

We truly value feedback from creators and the community, and we can’t wait to hear more from you โ€” your insights play an essential role in how we continue to refine and evolve our designs ๐Ÿค lol

This is coming from someone who already owns three Real Lady dolls so Iโ€™m obviously a fan. It is also coming from someone is plans to order a doll from either Real Lady or Fanreal in the coming days.

i think that RL and IT are making two mistakes with this roll out right now.

One, making it a manufacturer website exclusive is a mistake. Itโ€™s the holiday season and that means people are shopping and spending their money. But to funnel all purchases to the manufacturer is going to discourage many potential buyers. Vendors offer a sense of security in this hobby. Without that, many people simply wonโ€™t risk spending $3000 no matter how pretty the doll is.

Also, many if these vendors offer reward points for purchases. So customers can save money right now by either accruing points from their vendor of choice by purchasing right now or by using previously accrued points towards their present purchase. Requiring the purchase to be made on your website eliminates that option.

Second, ending your 10% discount right after Black Friday makes zero sense considering that Christmas is a week or so away. I was literally going to purchase a Real Lady doll on 12/9 only to find out that the promotion had ended. So i didnโ€™t. Fanreal, Zelex, and Lusandy all have a 10% discount for the holidays. That isnโ€™t a small thing. Itโ€™s something that buyers have to consider when deciding between two or three different manufacturers.

I assume that there are business reasons that these decisions are being made, but from the outside looking in, it doesnโ€™t make any sense.

      1. Carolin

        Hello Lawdawg,

First, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and sincere message โ€“ and a heartfelt thank you for your continued support of Real Lady and for being a loyal customer. We highly value the feedback of users like you who already own three of our dolls and are actively considering purchasing more.

We would like to share some background information, not to make excuses, but to honestly explain our thinking.

The brand must first be “understood” before the channels can more easily be “chosen.”
First, we want to clarify that this Snow Angel winter theme series is not a regular sales promotion, but a seasonal theme release project created from a brand perspective. That’s why you see two brands collaborating on this.

It’s more like a limited-time “brand expression”โ€”a complete presentation centered around character design, visuals, story, and emotional atmosphere. This attempt is to explore better brand expression and lay a better foundation for supporting our distributors in the future. This makeup design also serves as a brand memory anchor, enhancing subsequent channel sales.

For this reason, we chose to present it exclusively on official channels for a limited time, to ensure consistency in thematic narrative, pricing structure, and overall experience. This is not a denial of the value of our distributors, but rather an expression of the completeness of our brand’s content at this stage.

We also understand the feelings of our distributors and some usersโ€”in the industry, many brands are accustomed to synchronizing all activities with their distributors. But we are trying a different path this time.
Our brand has always believed that good products should not be “sold” first, but “understood” first. Therefore, we choose to first create emotional resonance in consumers’ hearts through brand themes and visual narratives, and then gradually enter different channels. This is not to restrict sales, but to ensure that every subsequent sale is built on a more solid foundation of brand recognition.

We can clearly state that in the future, we will:
        1. Plan new themed photoshoots and visual materials specifically for our distributors (different from the Snow Angel seasonal narrative).
        2. Gradually open up corresponding products in a way that is more conducive to long-term sales, price communication, and market implementation.
        3. Ensure that distributors have a clear, sustainable, and reusable sales content system in future collaborations. Distributors are always very important partners for both Irontech Doll and Real Lady. In the coming months, we will be opening up new product lines and support for our distributors, with different thematic approaches and product structures better suited for channel sales, rather than simply replicating this seasonal theme.

We also sincerely appreciate all the feedback from our users and distributors โ€“ it is these voices that help us continuously adjust our pace and methods while staying true to our brand direction.
What we want to do is not just “sell more,” but to build a trustworthy and enduring brand world in the long term. Thank you for continuing to witness the growth of our brand with us.

Thank you again for sharing your insights โ€“ and for being with us every step of the way.

        Sincerely,
        Carolin
        Real Lady & IrontechDoll Team

        1. Lawdawg

Thanks for your reply. Like i said, i assumed that there is a business reason behind the decision but it just didnโ€™t make sense to your potential customer base. That explanation helps. Iโ€™m excited to see what is in the works for 2026! Thanks again.

  5. Rass

Plenty of pretty new heads this week. Are AIO bodies a trend to stand or even increase?

    1. Steven

AIO has been trending recently, but it tends to be really inconsistent. Last year, it trended for a few months and then stopped for almost a year. I’m a bit more optimistic this time since brands created series names for them. Before, they just came randomly and weren’t part of any series.

    2. Rebel Drifter on YT

Great to see you here as well ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks for the added info!

  6. Steven

Also, AJL Doll is making their global debut. I should probably cover that.
