Sex Doll News: Tayu 156E, SGD Studio 2B, Piper Drama, & More

Like an endless storm, sex doll brands kept raining in the news until the very end (of July). It must be July’s grand finale, which means new heads, bodies, and exquisite photos. This week, SGD Studio finally returned with more 2B photos, and we reach Chapter 2 of the Piper Doll Drama: The Villain Unmasked. Also, there’s a new brand, another Tifa, and Katy Perry? Without further ado, let’s finish up the month on a high note, full of new dolls, controversy, and fireworks.

SE Doll shared 2 photosets of their TPE 163cm Melody and silicone 167cm Jenny. Always on schedule, their weekly photos look pretty good here.

Zelex also shared 2 new photosets. Starting with the SLE 166K body + Head ZXE204 in some fancy workout photos. While the red and blue lighting is cool, it’s funny and ironic how thin her arms are.

They also shared new photos of the Inspiration Series 175cm body with Head GE45. She looks very elegant in these simple photos.

Irontech returned with 3 new photosets showcasing their dolls in unique ways. This includes the 166cm Layla, 166cm Lingnai (a rare head), and the 165cm Eva. They all look very pretty.

Elsa Babe released a new head called Natsuki Asuka. The colorful wig and color theme really makes the look. Without it, the face seems a bit plain or generic. Maybe they just released too many anime heads lately, but she does have an interesting, calm and cat-like appearance.

Sino Doll officially released their 2 Soft-Max Light Torsos. This includes a 77cm (S77) and 84cm (S84) torso, both with Head S45 LinDong. Their weights seem reasonable (maybe slightly heavy) at 15 kg (33 lbs) and 25 kg (55 lbs) respectively, and they have all the Soft-Max series features (like waterbag breasts, cloudlike butt, and airbag vagina).

MLW released a new head called Nicole, dressed as Zenless Zone Zero’s Nicole. Featured on the recent 152E, she has an interesting video-game look and fancy cosplay. But due to her more realistic-style, she doesn’t really resemble ZZZ’s anime-styled character. Oddly, there’s no fully-nude photos, but she’s fully-nude in the video.

They included these photos, which look like screenshots from the video.

EXDOLL

EXDOLL shared a new photoset of their 168R Ruby. It’s a fairly old head (originally on the 155cm body), but she looks cute here with an interesting outfit.

Tayu officially released their 156cm E-cup body with Sora head. No word yet on the 2 Western heads, but this is their thickest body thus far at only 29 kg (64 lbs). Since the photos surprisingly don’t show the butt, be sure to watch the videos. She has a huge butt and nice butthole.

Galatea Doll released a new head, JS#047, which is probably my favorite one so far. The outfit, makeup, and setting all complement the doll nicely.

HouYu released a new head called Elle, supposedly the “sister” of their first head, Eva. With a more mature look, she’s fairly pretty and very Gynoid in style.

Yearndoll shared 2 new photosets with their 163cm body. Starting with Head Y206, who looks super sexy in this half-nun, half-maid outfit. I believe this is a softer head with squeezable cheeks.

Next is Head Y202, who almost looks the same. Personally, I think the photographer utilized the ROS mouths well by creating expressive faces with them.

XT Doll

XT Doll released a new Asian head called Charlene. Back with glasses, I think she looks pretty cute, if not a little generic-looking.

A reader showed me a new brand called Aicos Doll, which is supposedly made in the Starpery factory. Some of their dolls look really familiar (a bit like Doll Senior), and they have many heads and bodies. Although they have full silicone dolls, I’ll share 2 hybrid dolls that I liked. The 169cm Tifa (which looks super familiar, maybe most Tifa dolls just look the same nowadays), and the 169cm Kathy, who’s pretty cute. Unfortunately, the photos are really small.

Rosemarydoll listed a doll that I never saw before, but apparently it’s from 2022 (so it’s not new). However, she looks so much like Katy Perry (another one for the celebrity heads list), so here you go. Do you think this looks like her?

Piper Doll - An Update

Last week, Piper Doll and Irokebijin suspended all TPE orders and moved factories after the original factory’s owner stole Mizuwali’s designs and created his own brand. Although I had a feeling who it was, I couldn’t say without any evidence or proof. However, the proof naturally unveiled itself. A few days ago, Butterfly Doll released a series of tweets that basically self-incriminated themselves.

Starting with the photo below, they showed off a giant banner of their brand with 2 important details:

  1. The banner shows Piper Doll’s 140cm Miho on the top left (which clearly isn’t part of Butterfly Doll). This gives credibility to Mizuwali’s term “stole.”
  2. Although the photo is small, you can also see Doll4Ever’s logo reflected on the floor. Back in Nov 2023, I mentioned that they’re probably made in Doll Forever’s factory based on the similarities (and Piper Doll signs) in their factory videos. Unsurprisingly, the name, “Jiangmen Image Model Display Products Co” (Doll4Ever’s factory), on Butterfly Doll’s website confirms it.

Next, they shamelessly tweeted photos of Irokebijin’s Koharu doll under their own brand. Besides adding Miho in the banner above, this is the first time they actually stole a design. Before, they at least had original heads and bodies, but after Doll4Ever moved out, apparently it’s “open season” to steal and sell Irokebijin and Piper Doll’s products under their brand.

Also, they just released a new head which looks like a modified version of Irokebijin’s Abby, which surprisingly (or unsurprisingly), is simply called “Abby” (at least on a vendor’s website). Below, their photographer teased 4 upcoming dolls. Three are straight-up stolen from Irokebijin (Koharu, Sayaka, and Hina), along with “Abby.”

What's Next?

Since copyright laws are basically non-existent in China, we reached an interesting situation. First, since the owner of Butterfly Doll actually owns the “Doll4Ever factory,” the dolls technically aren’t knockoffs; they’re still made in the original factory (with the same molds and materials). However, they don’t own or have permission from Doll4Ever to sell them. Since Doll4Ever is based in Taiwan, they likely have no control over the Chinese factory (and probably can’t even go in and get their stuff back).

As long as Butterfly Doll keeps it under their own brand, it’s easy to tell the difference, but if they sell them as Irokebijin or Piper Doll, things can get messy (and hard to distinguish). Although Mizuwali never specially named them, (consumed by greed) Butterfly Doll basically outed themselves (unaware that Doll4Ever and Mizuwali have a large following of supporters). Can they really be stopped though? It seems that Doll4Ever has already moved on, as seemingly nothing can be done. But considering that Butterfly Doll’s target audience is Japan, who I believe are big fans of Mizuwali, time will tell what happens next..

Lastly, SGD Studio finally revealed more photos of their upcoming 2B figure. With the (confusing) addition of a “Realistic” and “Beautified” Face, the face is apparently subject to change – and it’s unclear whether there will be 2 heads or just 1. For now, they showed both of them: one that’s lore-friendly and one that’s cuter (not sure if it was done with AI, but there are videos). The body’s quite slim and similar to their Tifa, and there’s also a new outfit. Definitely interesting, but accepting pre-orders when things are subject to change seems odd to me (but they also did that with Tifa).

Conclusion

That wraps up the July finale of sex doll news. After a calm and quiet June, July’s storm of news raged on for an entire month. There were lots of new dolls and photos, and tons of variety in one month alone. This week, we saw how messy copyright can get in China. While it usually benefits consumers (like with Game Lady), a company somewhere is getting screwed over. Definitely a Wild West out here as sex doll brands have been copying and stealing from each other since the very beginning.

Butterfly Doll can easily be stopped if people spread the news (as most Piper Doll owners have never even heard about the drama). Although Doll4Ever seems to have moved on, I’m sure some people want justice for Mizuwali, if no one else. The drama’s just getting started, and we haven’t even hit the climax yet. As always, stay tuned for more sex doll news.

regarding Piper , Maybe this business shake-up will be a good thing. They’ve done nothing but make mediocre looking dolls lately ( past year or two). They should either get back to their roots or get on a new creative track altogether. Maybe this change will compel them to newer heights

Elsa has been very busy with making new heads. Especially anime style. So I guess they figure there’s a big market for such a niche look. Any case I wonder when they’ll start applying their innovation to a new body type. Something between 150 and 155 maybe, But with nice curvy heps and small breast, and ressonable weight, not 90 freaking pounds like this 160cm. The 148 is just lacking meat on the bones for some people, And the 160 is just too heavy and even it’s small breast is huge. So I think the people would like a compromise at this point.

Anyhow the new Galatea face looks really great. Unfortunately the LHP is terrible, Eliminating them from any possibility.

Something I heard on the grapevine was that when mizuwali does start the toe line back up, it will be very limited. On the piper side I know Akira 150 small and big breast, Ariel 140, phoebe elf, and jessica (that I know of) will be the only ones being made. Let’s hope he adds articulated fingers to these.

  4. Dave

I hope this doesn’t mean Piper Dolls quality will change.. Since they will not have the same equipment as before with having to move locations… Ugh

  5. IconOkee

Sgd doll vaginas are really fragile. I used it once and it ripped. I used lube and my dick ain’t big. That ex doll is so expensive but the anus looks cheap.

    1. Steven

I heard the same thing. Although they have vaginas, they’re not really meant to be used.. high risk of damaging the figure.

  6. Rebel Drifter

God that 2B doll just looks so gorgeous!

  7. Rass

Why SE Doll always gets the privilege of being first in the article? xD

    1. Steven

When I started writing these news posts like 4 years ago, I always started with TPE brands and then silicone brands. Although SE has silicone now, I guess I got used to having them in front. Same reason why WM/Jinsan is always first when there’s news.

I just got used to the pattern lol. It’s always been like WM > SE > Irontech/Zelex > Elsa Babe.. etc and I just kept the order.

      1. Rass

        That’s nice, keeping some history.

  8. John

I was hesitant to get the Eimi Fukuda from Man You but a 2B with those accessories are pretty damn awesome. It’ll be put into consideration.

  9. Richard

The hairstyle for the first Sino Doll’s Soft-Max Light Torso reminds me of Kobeni from Chainsaw Man

    1. Steven

I can see the resemblance. Many photographers use cosplay wigs so it’s possible, or they just purposely styled it like that.

  10. Jackson

Irontech’s Layla looks like a pretty Raj, Mediterranean, North African, Ethiopic Girl!

Sinodoll’s got some nice features for the body!

Squeezable face cheeks are always a plus!

Sucks that people stole Piper Dolls designs.

Unfortunately no new Technology this week but it’s all good!

Thanks for the post this week!

    1. Steven

Thanks for stopping by. Yeah, I don’t think there was much technology or innovations this month. Seems like brands are still focused on variety and Real Skin Texture.
