This year, December’s cold and chilly and so was the news. Maybe brands already unleashed everything before Black Friday because this week mostly passed in silence. Still, brands like SEDOLL and Fanreal released some new heads to warm things up, while Real Lady and Doll Senior had some dazzling photos. December’s off to a dreary start, but there’s always something happening in the doll world. Here’s what I managed to scrape up.

SEDOLL

Returning to their elven roots, SE Doll released a new head called Evadora. Inspired by a TDF member’s suggestion, this head was 6 months in the making and revealed at the recent Guangzhou expo. I think she looks pretty good with a strong fantasy feel.

Elsa Babe

Elsa Babe returned with a new anime head called Ichigotani Koi. Rather than winking happily, she has an embarrassed or moaning wink, which I thought was unique. They continued to nail the anime aesthetics.

Real Lady

Real Lady shared glamorous new photos of their 159cm Hailey and Lena, showcasing their “Honey Bronze” skin tone. I like the celebrity vibes here as they pampered up their dolls.

Next is their 159cm Lena (R8) in Honey Bronze for the first time. From good girl to bad girl to something completely different, Lena rocks the celebrity look, which is drastically different than before.

Fanreal

Motivated lately, Fanreal released a new head called Nora (ROS). Another cute Asian head, she pairs well on the 158B body with a shy and timid expression.

In an opposite move, they also paired her with their recent 166J body, which works surprisingly well. Maybe because bodies like this exist in the JAV industry, she has the Hitomi Tanaka build that somehow works out.

They also brought back their Lila (ROS) on the 170D body. They’re pushing this head hard, and I can see why; she looks more beautiful and elegant each time.

Doll Senior

Doll Senior teased a new head called Shui chi kui (will probably have a different name in English) on their rarely-seen 160cm body with anime vibes. In addition, they mentioned several improvements such as multi-layered makeup, more flexible hand/fingers, reduced body seamlines, and increased softness.

Firefly Diary

Firefly Diary continued styling their Mary in unique ways, this time on the regular 164cm body (not MAX Series). I’m not too sure about this look (I still think brunette suits her best), but it’s certainly different and futuristic-looking.

They also teased some cheeky Christmas photos, that will be a peachy sight when they come out.

SY Doll

Continuing their streak, SY Doll released a new silicone M47 head (ROS + moveable jaw) with Latina inspiration. Their heads are definitely improving, and I like this one a lot. She seems to have a slight smile when her mouth is closed – which goes away when opened.

Jarliet

Speaking of improving designs, Jarliet shared new photos of last week’s 165cm Rylan, which I also like a lot. This time, they gave her smoky eyeshadow and a form-fitting outfit that’s mesmerizing in the winter snow. Although she didn’t get much attention last week, I think they’re onto something with this latest design.

HR Doll

HR Doll released a new head, Chloe (ROS + moveable jaw), on their recent “TPE-to-silicone converted” 170M body. Another cute Asian head paired with a busty body.

MD Doll

MD Doll returned with another black-inspired head called Aaliyah. She has openable-and-closable eyes, and looks somewhat “short-stacked” (or cartoony) despite this being the 162H body. I think maybe her head is a bit big.

Dolls Castle

Ignoring their weirder stuff lately, Dolls Castle released a relatively normal head called Clara (DC65). Full TPE, she has a cutesy elf head featured on the 170E body. From the photos, I wouldn’t have guessed that she was 170cm tall.

Sino Doll

A vendor teased some updates for Top-Sino’s upcoming 15th Anniversary. This includes fun boxing-themed photos, and a new electronic feature that simulates a heartbeat. It’ll be called something like “Smart Heart Device,” which like the breathing feature, adds life in the chest area. No videos of it (besides text descriptions) so I wonder how it’ll look or sound.

Game Lady

Last but not least, Game Lady released their Chun Li sex doll with a new head and 169cm body. This was probably the highlight of the week. More info here.

Conclusion

That wraps up a slow but not entirely desolate start to December, after a nonstop year of excitement and innovations. Maybe brands are finally taking a breather after all the chaos this year, but there was still plenty to see. Fanreal seems to be on a roll lately, with new heads and bodies – and so is Jarliet, though their designs are more hit-or-miss. Not much themes this time around, but many teasers revealed what’s to come – like another Sino Doll anniversary release, the new Doll Senior head, and Christmas photos from Firefly Diary. Also BCDOLL’s long-teased head and body will come out exactly after this post, which I may or may not add.. Well, this week was surprisingly empty but maybe that means lots will come out next week. I guess we’ll see.
