Zelex Fusion Series, Tayu’s NOVA, MMX Deli, Robotics, & More

Just when things couldn’t get any better, Awesome August is here. This week, it was quality over quantity as brands focused more on innovations, upgrades, and robotics. Zelex released their first AIO doll (Fusion Series), Tayu teased their upcoming TPE lineup (Nova Series), MMX has a beautiful new head, and Top-Cydoll dazzles again. Without further ado, let’s keep the news streak rolling as August starts with a bang.

SE Doll

Starting with SE Doll, they shared more photos of their recent TPE 165cm body (converted from silicone). This time, it’s showcased with their pretty Kemeny head (TPE).

Elsa Babe

Elsa Babe released a new head called Kamiya Shiori. With stylish eyes, elf ears, and a fanged smile, the glasses really complete her look. However, I could have sworn they had a head that looked almost like this before. Hmm..

Zelex Fusion Series

Shortly after Irontech Doll’s first AIO (seamless neck) doll, Zelex launched their own called Fusion Series “fusing the head and body into one.” Their debut model is the ZF168B, featuring a brand-new 168cm body (that’s more on the realistic side) and two head choices.

Some Key Notes & Features:

  1. Deep-throat (downward oral cavity) – The 2nd (?) brand (after Yue Doll) to have this feature.
  2. Ultra-soft Silicone – This is the only material option; it’s not SLE. Due to the softness, implanted hair isn’t possible.
  3. Softened Inner Core – They claim the core is softer and more elastic with “muscle-like” rebound.
  4. Softer Vagina – They made the vagina slightly softer.
  5. Real Skin Texture – Realistic skin texture + body paint.
  6. The hole in the back – There’s a little hole in the back (to attach to a display stand). They said it cannot be removed. However, one of the photosets don’t show it so it’s a bit confusing. Maybe they mean the bolt is always there, but can be covered up (which is common in many dolls) but need more clarification on that (the videos show the hole).

Starting with the ZF168B + Head ZFE03, who has an elegant and upscale look. I believe the two AIO heads are new, though they look similar to some previous ones.

The other head is ZFE01, which also looks familiar. She resembles Head GE98, but isn’t exactly the same.

Tayu NOVA Series

Following the upgrade/innovations train, Tayu returned with their latest Nova Series (which stands for “Neo-Visco Elastomer Advanced”). It’s essentially their new TPE line, with a stretchy and durable TPE blend (that reminds me of Bezlya’s TPE+). It comes with:

  1. Ultra-soft vagina (video shows stretchiness and durability) – Also, they have a new technique where there isn’t a through-hole from the vagina to skeleton (so no “TPE ball” issue).
  2. Accurate Love Hole Placement – they proclaimed themselves as the “leader in the industry’s best anatomically correct love hole positioning.”
  3. Pre-configured (Ready to Go) – From their description, it sounds like Zelex’s SLE method of “mass-produced + mass-shipped” to in-stock warehouses with no customization. That makes it affordable.
  4. Compatible with silicone Tayu heads with an “anti-contact protection device” that they’ll provide.
  5. Semi-Permanent Makeup – They said it’s highly resistant to chipping, but can peel and fade over time (common for TPE).

There are tons more info and videos (which I unfortunately don’t have time to include) so you can see it for yourself here: TAYU Nova Sex Dolls 2025: Advanced TPE at Affordable Price (Password: FqV)k*WfH428 – Tayu publicly shared this password on TDF). Their page is still WIP.

And last, here’s a teaser of their first Nova Series 148D body, which looks like a TPE version of their silicone 148D (measurements are subject to change). Most known for their “lightweight technology,” they couldn’t quite make this one light. It’s currently listed as 27 kg (59 lbs) without head – compared to the silicone 148D which is somehow only 17 kg (37 lbs).

Fanreal

Mixing things up, Fanreal released a new Asian head called Molly on their 153B body. Previously, I hesitated to show some 153B photos, but TDF allows it which is good enough for me. Although it looks like she has ROS, she isn’t listed as “ROS.”

They also teased their upcoming body with Real Skin Texture (looks like their 155F), with a new Asian head? Personally, I would have preferred a new body design, but the head looks good.

MMX Doll

Next, MMX struck gold again with their latest head – named something like Deli or Dali. Pretty, cute, and realistic? The pretty blonde’s all-of-the-above (on their 165cm body). Definitely my favorite Western head from them thus far, with a nice smiling ROS mouth (moveable jaw).

XT Doll

MMX’s is a tough act to follow, but XT had a new blonde of their own: Belle. More chiseled, she’s another pretty Western head on their recent 166H body.

They also unveiled the experimental leg model to the West (much sooner than expected). They refer to the material as the “risk version of the ultra-soft silicone.” Super soft, no gaping-vagina, and feet molded from a real person, this could be interesting. Though of course, it’s just a leg model and not a full doll.

Top-Cydoll

Joining the party, Top-Cydoll shared 3 new photosets of their Lindsay, Daisy, and Scarlett in brand-new styles. Well, except Scarlett who looks the same as before, but all she has to do is look like Angelina Jolie.

Bezlya

After Bezlya announced their JAV replica collab last week, I discovered that their Durex Scarlett replica doll (announced 6 months ago) was already out (at least on Docklandet). Apparently, these photos were taken as early as June. However, I’m kinda shocked at how unrealistic and disappointing (?) she looks for a replica doll. Compared to the model, this looks like a cartoon version of her.. Maybe that’s why they never released these photos, but they have another set coming soon.

Recent photos of Durex Scarlett for comparison (Disclaimer: Real person naked)

Shedoll

Shedoll’s troublemaker, Lina (Jiang Xiaoli), returned in new high-class photos – from the classroom to the mansion.

They also shared a softness video of their recent ColdRush TPE blend (ultra-soft version). Shown with the 145G body.

Lacedoll

Meanwhile, Lacedoll shared new photos of their silicone 168D Muxue and Chunqing that I liked. Muxue as a sexy blonde, and Chunqing nails another office photoset.

Dolls Castle

Dolls Castle released a new furry head (Celestine) and silicone 150cm body. Perhaps spoiled by their previous releases, I was surprised (and maybe even disappointed) that they didn’t go all-out with the body.. No tail, no body makeup or fur, and no penis? This seems really tame by Dolls Castle standards. However, there actually is something special about this design which is the unexpected robotic head. Looks like Dolls Castle is the latest to join the robotics race.

Here’s a video showing the robot head. For some reason, the “free translation website I use” couldn’t translate this, but you can see the head in action anyway. A bit simple, but it can turn its head, move its eyes, half-blink, and talk with AI software. However, I noticed there’s an unpleasant clacking sound whenever she talks.

Sanhui

Sanhui shared more photos of their recent silicone 158E body with Real Skin Texture. This time with Caiyue head, they shared more nude photos than they usually do.

IDODOLL

IDO Doll shared new photos of their popular ID8 Wanzi head, which looks completely different here. Before, she was more doe-eyed, while here, she looks much angrier and intense.

Sigafun

After last week’s teasers, Sigafun released 2 heads: Elf Sophia and Luna. Despite having no elf ears, they insisted that Sophia looked an elf, while Luna has a more classic Asian face. Both are pretty on thick and busty torsos.

Minova Doll

With Mai Shiranui continuing to trend, Minova Doll released a new Mai Shiranui-inspired 1/3 scale doll. Pretty detailed like most of their designs this size, though the face is their own interpretation.

CBOX

In comparison (and as the lines blur between dolls and figurines), Dr. Silicon and CBOX (in collaboration with SNK), released an official/genuine Mai Shiranui silicone figure. Although this isn’t related to dolls, a few doll vendors listed her on presale (though I’m pretty sure there are no love holes). Just an example of the two markets merging, and figurine dolls have become so common that she genuinely looks like a doll. If you told me SGD or Game Lady made this, I wouldn’t have second guessed it.

Robotics

Last but not least, China’s “World AI Conference” (WAIC 2025) took place last weekend. Although this doesn’t quite relate to dolls either, AI and robotics are both things that doll brands have been actively pursuing. I’ll skip the animatronics and those advanced remote-controlled robots (that you’ve probably seen before) and just show 2 robotic heads – something many brands have been trying to achieve.

DroidUP

Speaking of robotics, I stumbled upon Jinsan’s upcoming robot head on Bilibili. From 金三玩美刘江霞 (someone who works at Jinsan), they’ve been sharing these videos for months now. Besides the early prototype Jinsan revealed at an expo (like 2 years ago), this is the first update that I’ve seen of it. So far, every brand’s robot head seems a bit similar.

Conclusion

That wraps the first week of Awesome August. This week, it was quality over quantity: upgrades, innovations, and improvements over endless heads and photosets. With Zelex’s Fusion Series, it seems AIO dolls are trending after both Irontech and Zelex released their first ones back-to-back. However, both have acknowledged the difficulties in satisfying everyone since the heads can’t be changed. Maybe the next innovation is a way to turn any head and body into AIO (with some kinda special molding process).

As many TPE brands move to silicone, Tayu will be the latest silicone brand to embrace TPE like Elsa Babe and Sanhui before them (which didn’t end up being popular). Apparently, that was their big surprise (or at least one of them), but TPE fans will be pleased. Given their distribution method, I assume the prices should be fairly affordable for the high-end brand.

And last, robotics is still trending. Dolls Castle is the latest to join the robotic head race, with Jinsan’s progress now revealed. Many brands seem to have similar robotic heads coming soon, but who will be the first to actually release one? Still no word on Exdoll’s yet. Hopefully, more innovations and upgrades are in the works, like adjustable skeletons and things that I haven’t even thought of. Until next time!

Thanks for the post this week!

The “anti-protection device” for the Tayu NOVA Series is an inner lining at the neck connection based on their video. Their wording in the text seems weird to me compared to what they show (translation maybe?). Also, hybrids have been a thing for a longer time. Don’t all or most dolls have this feature as a necessity if you combine TPE and silicone? Curious about the price. I agree that the weight doesn’t seem as impressive compared to silicone but we’ll have to wait on the final details. It’s likely they have to cut corners somewhere to get the costs down. Note that I’ve seen different shipping options at some stores (not by plane) that can also shave off 500 dollars, but will easily double your wait time.

The robot by Dolls Castle head looks cool, but the noise you mentioned is weird. Hopefully they can address that. I don’t know if I would really want a talking doll and I hope an off-switch is supplied :P.

The video’s definitely clearer than what they call it (anti-contact protection device) lol. I should update the description. Hybrids have been around for a long time, but every brand does it differently. For example, Jiusheng applies a coating on the head and neck to prevent contact. I don’t know if other brands have the inner lining like Tayu or not.

As for weight, it’s really difficult to reduce TPE weight. In the past, they introduced the foam cores, which made it much firmer, and not much other progress was done in the last 5 years.. I was hoping Tayu could figure it out, but I guess we’ll wait and see.

I actually thought the Dolls Castle head was kinda cute, which is rare for me to say about them. Maybe because it’s a cat, it’s less uncanny. Sometimes fantasy’s the way to go, but yeah, I can’t stand that clacking sound from the mouth moving. 😅

OMG Lindsay is gorgeous!!! And that Tayu stretch-test is hardcore xD
    Dang!

    1. Steven

Yep, I think everyone’s crazy about the new Lindsay. 😄 And Tayu’s fisting video is even crazier. Hopefully, it’s as durable as it looks.

      1. MasterOfSomething

Haha, so I’m not the only one who thought well ok then when I saw the fisting thing. That’s some commitment to demonstrating the features right there :D.

        1. Rebel Drifter YT

For my taste a bit too much but then again… another fantasy fullfilled for somebody on the planet hahaha.

I’m very excited about the 1/3 trend. It’s a more convincing entrypoint into the market: you’re much more likely to convince someone to buy a 2 foot doll than a 5 foot 60LB+ blob of jello. The hardest part to me seems like trying to fit enough usable length into 60-70cm. But as you said, it presents a really unique intersection between dolls and figures.

I’m disappointed about TAYU’s announcement and hope they have more. I’d rather see new tech like Gynoid and XT, but I understand why they’d feel compelled to release TPE to branch into a new market.

I’ll say the one exciting announcement to me is that their TPE dolls will all be ready to ship and one size fits all. I think the current state of the doll market with all the customization options is absolutely horrendous. If you want to be a designer brand, you should have a default set of options that is “the best”. Hopefully TAYU moving in this direction will set a better precedent for both manufacturers and vendors. I’m sure they did it to reduce manufacturing times, but it will also be a boon to customers as well.

    1. Steven

I agree, 1/3 scale dolls are a genius way to bring in figure collectors since the two hobbies are similar in so many ways. Some brands like Juicy Made even began calling dolls “1/1 scale figures” just to capitalize on the market and it worked lol. But as you said, how “usable” the smaller ones are remain to be seen.

As for Tayu, it makes sense (every brand wants to expand as much as possible). Especially for Tayu, whose a more expensive brand with limited reach. The TPE series is basically their way of reaching more people with more affordable prices.

I also agree that many newcomers get confused by all the customization options and are turned off by it. Therefore, the strategy of “mass-produce and ship” to in-stock warehouses has been booming in the last few years. Zelex’s SLE series and Kimberdoll are good examples of this, and it definitely lowered the prices – which as mentioned before, will really help with Tayu’s “barrier of entry.” Maybe they can do this method with their silicone dolls as well.

  5. Silverr

Looks like the 1/3 figure era is officially growing! Honestly becoming a fan of this scale. I think it’s good to see more competition appearing around this market

    1. Steven

Yeah, I think figures/figurines are such a huge market, and like gaming, the communities merge well with dolls. Though I think they’re probably bigger in Asia than the West, and won’t appeal to all doll owners, it’s definitely a fast-growing niche that’s bringing in a big audience. There will be more of these dolls for sure.
