As December descends, it looks like it’ll be a cold and dry one this year. Although the year comes to a sluggish end, never fear because Christmas is near. This week, the holidays came early as brands celebrated with festive photos – a feast for the eyes. Meanwhile, there were new AIO dolls, Irontech had endless photosets, and the Tifa craze returns for round 2? Stay tuned as we tread through another mixed bag, but always photo-filled, week of news.
SEDOLL
SE Doll started things off with Christmas-themed photos of their T65cm Regina and T167 Annika (in Wheat skin tone). Unlike the usual red and green Christmas themes, I like the warm and muted tones here.

Elsa Babe
Elsa Babe released a new anime head called Itsuki Sango. While not particularly unique (similar to many previous heads), she’s somewhat cute with festive outfits.

Sino Doll
Sino Doll’s 15th Anniversary celebration kicked off with a new AIO (seamless neck) T160 Mirang, and a new T171 body. Starting with their second-ever (but first full-sized) AIO doll, she came with two photosets with vastly different looks. She looks fairly pretty and realistic at 34 kg (75 lbs), with the “waterbag” breasts you’ve come to expect.

Photoset 2

Next, they released a new T171 body, first on Mitu (T45), as the cutest boxer. At 39 kg (86 lbs), this body has a more-rectangular figure that doesn’t skimp out on the meat.

Next on the T171 body, they released a new head called Nyxara, a rare black doll for Sino. She looks interesting, though Sino’s Asian aesthetics give her a slightly mixed look.

Irontech Doll
Irontech unloaded an endless pool of photos – mainly reviving their Wonder Dolly series – now part of their Oriental Series. With Asian-inspired makeup, they all look very glamorous and cute. This was also their way of announcing ROS Max for these heads.

Real Lady
Real Lady continued re-imagining their 159cm Lena (R8) in unique ways. This time, they went with platinum blonde hair and played around with elf ears as well.

Zelex
Keeping their Fusion Series alive, Zelex returned with a new seamless-neck 169C body + Head ZFE01. Molded from a real person, the body has realistic proportions at a decent height but slightly heavy weight at 39 kg (86 lbs). Oddly, this new AIO body used the same head as their previous AIO 168B, so surprisingly, not much head variety from them.

Top-Cydoll
Meanwhile, Top-Cydoll released a new Asian head called Xixi. She comes in both hard silicone or “soft + ROS,” and two makeup styles. I think she looks pretty realistic with the freckled blush.

Next, their 172A body returned with Maggie this time. The latest in her modeling portfolio, she fits well on the tall, petite body.

Firefly Diary
Christmas officially starts early with Firefly Diary’s latest Western head, Lily. At first, I thought this was Mary, but she’s new with a similarly angry expression. Still, she has a realistic and model-like aesthetic, but I wonder why all their Western heads have downturned eyebrows.

Next, their sleeping beauty, Liuli, returned for a cozy nap featuring the 153Max body. Along with Doll Senior’s Dream, I like this closed-eyed head a lot.

Jarliet
Meanwhile, Jarliet shared some festive photos of their 152cm Manchun (ROS). Also sleepy, she has an interesting expression, with a body to warm up the weather. Although I couldn’t find any previous photos of this head, apparently it isn’t new.

Funwest Doll
Another Christmas gift, Funwest’s silicone 157G (RST) Lyra returned for the first time in lighter skin. While I preferred tan skin for her, I wouldn’t mind her under the Christmas tree.

LilyDoll
Lily Doll’s 159B Freya returned in a festive mood, looking cute and excited on Christmas Day.

Doll Senior
Last up for Christmas, Doll Senior’s new Aoi head from last week returns. She looks pretty cute here with an impish face.

MLԜ
MLԜ released a new elf head called Hikari on their 150B body, inspired by Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. She looks pretty cute and reminds me a bit of that one WM Doll head from a long time ago.

Ai Uehara Replicas
Next, let’s take a break from the news and check out some “customer” photos of Zucki’s AI Uehara replica. Well technically, the first set is from Addicted Tiger, a photographer who got his hands on Bezlya’s version early (since I don’t think she’s officially out yet). As the hype begins to die (before it even started), here’s a nice refresher on her.

This other set comes from 皮蛋粥, who seems like an actual customer, and I believe this is Cosdoll’s version. If this is Cosdoll’s version, it looks better than I thought, though the head is hard silicone unlike Bezlya’s.

Minova
Wrapping up the week with another “figure trend,” Minova teased a new head called Xixi (1/2 scale). Previously, their heads were a bit more anime-ish while this one seems more realistic. Pretty interesting look with a fancy, cyberpunk outfit.

SGD Studio
Still in “presale hell,” SGD Studio released an anime Asuka head (SGD005) like they did with Rei (I included a reminder). Although they look like figurines now, I like the designs a lot, which feel more natural than before – probably since they’re based on anime characters.

RoseIdol
Last but not least, a new brand called Roseidol began presales on their 1/2 scale IDOL001 inspired by Final Fantasy’s Tifa Lockhart. Looks like Tifa’s back on the menu as we go full-circle – and this one looks almost identical to Game Lady’s (smaller version). Something about their description sounds very Manyou/SGD Studio (as do the photos), but it isn’t confirmed. Let the Tifa games begin once more I guess, with estimated shipping in Q2 2026. They didn’t specifically say she’s “usable” but showing the vagina seems to suggest that (though dolls this small aren’t really usable anyway).

Conclusion
That wraps up a festive week of doll news. Initially, it was quite empty until all the Christmas photos came pouring in. In the end, it was another mixed bag, but a jollier one. Zelex kept their Fusion Series going with a new body, but oddly kept the same head, while Sino Doll released their first full-sized AIO doll. Looks like AIO is still alive and well in the doll industry. Otherwise, it was mostly Christmas photosets (which has already surpassed the Halloween photos), and smaller figures this week. It’s not even Christmas yet so I wonder how much more festivities are left. Until then, December’s looking a bit dry, but there are always photos to admire at least. Did anything catch your eye? Stay tuned as December drags on with more random news!

Oof
2026 cant come soon enough. Hopefully with some exciting new tech and new BIG girls.
Judging from the lack of comments, I’m guessing nothing really caught anyone’s eye. Let’s see what 2026 brings. Probably adjustable joint skeletons, more AI and robotics, improvements and upgrades, and things I haven’t even thought of. More anime brands are beginning to release those electronic eyes, which hasn’t gotten much attention. Need better weight reduction and big girls for sure though.
Holy moly what a roundup again… Geez. So many new or updated designs!!! :O
Yep. Surprised to see multiple AIO dolls and new releases from Sino, Zelex, and Top-Cydoll all at once. Maybe it wasn’t so quiet after all.
