On December 25, 2023, Gynoid Tech officially released their new Model 20 sex doll (163cm Mona). Almost 8 months since their last release, Model 20 Mona is finally here. Personally, I’m a huge fan of her. She has a very pretty face – like a mix between East and West – on a fit and balanced body. She also stands out from Gynoid’s mostly generic Asian heads recently in my opinion. Along with the new head and body, comes several new features including oral and anal function, both of which are a first for Gynoid.
Note: For some reason, every photo has different dimensions. Unless you’re on mobile, the “photo galleries” will look a bit messy and uneven.
A Fit Body
The new Model 20 body is 163cm tall and weighs around 29.5 kg (65 lbs), which is a good balance between height and weight. Note: they advertise the weight as 28kg, which is without the head. This is a relatively realistic height at a manageable weight. Proportionally, the body is petite and elegant, with toned abs and medium-sized breasts. I quite like her figure. It’s realistic, and although on the slim side, definitely not flat. Her breasts and butt are definitely a round handful.

Model 20 New Features
Main Features of Model 20:
- She was designed with the use of AI (I’m not sure why this was their top feature).
- Two head versions: hard silicone (original) and soft silicone (with moveable jaw and oral structure)
- Gynoid’s first head with oral structure and moveable jaw.
- Gynoid’s first body with anal cavity.
With the R-series Upgrade (Also known as Deluxe +~$500):
- Improved skeleton, namely the upper arm joints and knees for greater flexibility and natural appearance.
- More durable and longer-lasting makeup.
- Less oil leakage.
- Improved tactile feeling (to feel more like real skin).
- New platinum silicone material that’s softer and more durable.
- Something about 3d makeup to look more realistic.
Limited Nude Photos
Despite the official release, Gynoid didn’t actually show much nude photos of the body. Well, at least not the breasts. They did show some photos of the vagina and anus, as well as the butt, but some full-body shots would be nice. The photos below also show off the intricate hand and feet details (R-series/Deluxe version).
Videos
Now, how about some videos? Gynoid shared 2 videos: one that shows off the mouth, and another of the softness. The first video clearly shows the oral structure, but the “oral function” remains a mystery. It doesn’t seem very deep. Meanwhile, the material (with R-series upgrade) looks quite soft in the 2nd video.
Extra Photos
Like with Model 19, Gynoid has many photosets prepared but are releasing them very slowly. Therefore, this might get messy as I throw all the latest photos in this final section. These are definitely nice photos that show off Mona in a home setting, as well as some nude photos that finally show the breasts. Also, we get to see the moveable jaw in some of these photos.
Conclusion
Overall, I’m impressed with Gynoid’s latest Model 20 Mona. The cute and attractive face, combined with a fit and realistic body worked out beautifully. Like a modern day princess, she looks very elegant and classy in white dresses and lace lingerie. It’s also nice to see several new features including anal function and “oral structure with moveable jaw.” However, those need to be discussed.
While there’s an anal cavity, it’s only 8cm (3.1in) deep, so it’s relatively short. Just something to keep in mind. Also no vendors indicated the depth of the mouth, and judging by their video, it doesn’t seem very deep. Advertised as their first model with oral and anal function, it’s possible they may fall short. I guess we can only wait and see how usable these cavities really are.
One step at a time, Gynoid is finally catching up to other brands after all these years. Let’s not forget the manageable weight and softer material too (with R-series upgrade). Technically, the weight was also misleading as the advertised 28kg was actually without the head. With the head, it’s closer to 29.5kg. Still, Gynoid definitely took steps in the right direction, and this was a noticeable improvement. If they also lowered the price, that would be a game-changer for sure. But alas, the Model 20R seems to cost around $4800 everywhere right now (early bird special until Dec 31, 2023), maintaining its premium price. Still, I think this doll is beautiful enough to sell quite well.

I can see the AI influence here. This seems to be very close to the elusive “perfect doll” concept. I wish every brand would take their best attempt at a 163. So many dwell on 170-175 at 36-40 kg. It makes no sense to me.
