After months of teasers, Bezlya finally unveiled their 4th replica doll (“Narcissus the 4th”) to be the highly-acclaimed JAV star, Ai Uehara. Their biggest collaboration thus far, this may be the biggest fan service in the JAV industry to date: a 1:1 replica sex doll of the “DMM Platinum Actress Award winning, No. 1 in sales ranking, with 1000 films under her belt legend,” Ai Uehara. The doll will officially debut at the 2025 Asia Adult Expo in Hong Kong next week, but Bezlya graced the masses with some early teasers first.
Currently, there’s a pre-sale event in progress. Pre-sale customers will receive an autographed photobook from Ai Uehara with “rumors of ‘worn items.'” I don’t know how exactly the latter will work – maybe it’s still a teaser.

Aoi Kimono
The Ai Uehara replica doll debuts in a bold blue kimono, highlighting her Japanese roots and elegant charm. Of Bezlya’s 3 previous replica dolls (technically 4 but Durex Scarlett isn’t officially out yet), I thought only 1 or 2 of them looked good, so I was worried about this one. However, I think she turned out great considering Bezlya’s more fantasy aesthetics. Even in doll form, her essence shines through.

Bunny Maid
Then today, they revealed the 2nd photoset, which took it to the next level. Previously, I thought only a brand like MMX or Top-sino could deliver a hyper-realistic look (and Bezlya’s replica of Ai Uehara would be more cartoony) – but I was wrong. I apologize, I was unfamiliar with your game. She looks super realistic and accurate in the photos below. However, they’re likely edited since one of the shots has no neckseam, but it can be seen in the video. I don’t think the doll is AIO, or is it?

Up-Close Details (Real Skin Texture)
They also shared some up-close details of the body, which will be 155cm with head (same height as Ai Uehara). I’m not sure if it’s their first-ever body with Real Skin Texture, but it’s there.

Conclusion
And, that’s all for now, with the nude photosets still unrevealed. Personally, I’m surprised at how well this turned out. After their off-looking Chunmomo and Durex Scarlett replicas, I lost hope that Bezlya could deliver on this, but they proved me wrong. They absolutely nailed this, and this is probably the most realistic doll they’ve ever made. There’s still a subtle hint of their fantasy/cartoonish aesthetic mixed in, but in a good way. Now I can’t wait to see the nude photos and the grand reveal at the Asia Adult Expo (though expo photos tend to look worse of course). When more photos come out, I’ll update this, but for now, I hope you enjoyed the little sneak peek. Until next time!

Is this their best looking doll yet?
By the way, CosDoll also did a replica doll of her (doesn’t look like it’s on sale yet). Interesting that she’s having 2 replicas done at the same time.
Yeah, that’s odd and around the same time too. At first, I thought they were releasing the same doll, but Cosdoll just revealed the head and they’re different. Interesting.. 2 brands competing to sell a replica of the same person. 🤔
Imagine if they did Rara Anzai
She looks fantastic. Do any reputable Western vendors sell Bezlya dolls?
Unfortunately, not many vendors carry Bezlya. From what I can tell, Finelovedolls, Docklandet, and DollDimension all ship globally (though some of them didn’t use to). I can’t vouch for any of them though. There’s also someone that goes by Forger/Dollforge on Discord that seems good, but he doesn’t have a website.
She looks pretty realistic and very detailed.
Yep, they went all-out and did her justice imo. Would have been a shame if they messed up a big collab like this, but thankfully, they didn’t.
She does looks more realistic in the bunny maid photoshoot, but her blue Yukata shoot has a life of its own, a pure sight of allure – but both shoots make justice to Ai Uehara.
I agree. The first one has a fantasy feel while the 2nd is full-on realism. Pretty crazy what different makeup can do. Also, I’m not super familiar with Japanese culture.. it’s a yukata and not a kimono? If so, I’ll change the description.
I made a research here and the mistake was mine – it is a Kimono – its more elaborated then a Yukata, and it has more garments.
Guys, a yukata (浴衣) is just a casual form of kimono (着物) worn in casual scenes… and “kimono” literally means “thing that (you) wear”. It’s not that serious. If you wear your precious 100万円 kimono to a 花火大会, chances are people would think you’re wearing some normal yukata.
