Sineem Doll: New Silicone Sex Doll Brand Embraces Imperfections

As 2026 kicks off, a new brand called Sineem Doll is looking to make a name for themselves. Founded by a doll industry veteran, they aim to disrupt the market with new takes and ideas. Besides their focus on realistic touch and companionship, they pride themselves on “embracing flaws” and “rebelling against perfection.” Rather than the perfect skin texture, ratios, and standards, they aim for authenticity through natural and realistic flaws (of the human body). On paper, this sounds a bit counter-initiative (like embracing the defects on their dolls; in their own words, they don’t see defects as defects), but I guess we’ll wait and see how it turns out. Essentially, they’re all about achieving “authenticity over perfection.”

Key Details

Quickly, here are some key details worth mentioning. While most of the industry has moved to 3d modeling, they’re sticking with old-school wax-modeling (which according to them, “perfectly preserves the texture and details of the model’s body, resulting in more harmonious and softer lines compared to rigid 3D modeling”). This, of course, involves creating molds from human models (which they supposedly have many contracts for). They also have their own silicone blend which they call “memory silicone” or “Authentic Texture Memory.” I won’t give the entire bulletpoints of features (since it’s mostly marketing), but it’s basically all about capturing details and imperfections, and the softness supposedly changes at 36.8°C (98°F). What they’re currently missing though are videos which would better describe what words can’t.

148cm Body

Now, let’s actually look at their dolls. Unlike previous launches we’ve seen, they’re launching with only one body (silicone 148D) and 3 heads. Proportionally, it’s on the petite side but well-rounded, with a handful of breasts and butt. At 25.5 kg (56 lbs), it’s decent by today’s weight-reduction standards.

Bliss (ROS)

Starting with Bliss, this is probably my favorite head from them. A really pretty Western head right off the bat.

Harper (ROS)

Next, Harper is another pretty Western head with girl-next-door vibes. One thing I noticed is they don’t show much nude photos compared to other brands.

Mirei (ROS)

Last, is an Asian head named Mirei. The style of her face is a bit more common (resembles some other brands), but something I noticed is how natural and “womanly” the body looks in these photos. Usually, brands go a certain direction (like more cartoony or cutesy) with a body this size, but I don’t get that feeling with these photos.

Close-up Details

Some close-up details of the body. Since their promo photos don’t show much nudity, these photos (along with the specs infographic earlier) give a better look at the body.

Conclusion

That’s just a quick look at the latest silicone brand, Sineem. Possibly the smallest launch lineup to-date, but technically, they launched some silicone hip toys as well that I won’t show. Personally, I like their Western heads a lot, so I look forward to seeing more of their designs. And aesthetically, they remind me of XY Doll’s recent creations. Brands hate when I try to find out/reveal where they’re made so I’ll stay out of that for now. Otherwise, their main mission statement of “embracing imperfections for authenticity” gives off mixed vibes for me. I do like natural imperfections like Top-Cydoll’s blemishy/pimply Shuyu, but also saying that “defects aren’t defects” may be poor wording to potential customers. Stuff like “embracing the scars and asymmetry” is a unique thing to say (though I don’t see anything like that in the photos). Otherwise, I look forward to seeing more from this new brand. Currently, they’re applying to TDF right now, and they’re listed on one vendor so far (Dollto-China). They have no website as of now.

Gorgeous dolls! There is no mention of they have real skin texture so I’m curious about that.

    1. Andy

Hello Lawdawg, please check the second-to-last category of this post, “Close-up Details.” These images show realistic human skin textures. I will post more nude photos of them in the factory later. Thank you for your inquiry, and I hope this helps.

  2. Dave

Wow that body is really nice looking for the weight. Wonder what the LHP is on the 148D.
A brand that is focused on listening to feedback sounds great if they can indeed deliver. I hope that they will focus more on functionality. Excited to see more!

    1. Andy

Hello Dave, I’ve seen your question. Regarding the “left-hand grip,” where exactly should I measure? Do you have any pictures you can share? If you tell me how to measure it, I will take the measurements and photos and send them to you. Also, I saw you mentioned functionality; could you please elaborate on which functions you’re referring to? We haven’t added too many electrical features yet because we’re testing whether they’ll “get sick” if they get too many features in Europe, and we don’t want to see users disappointed. Thank you for your question; we listen to our users and make changes accordingly.

In my opinion, the body looks great, I’d say what I see is a good balance between those who look for dreams and fantasy in more exaggerated proportions and snobs who constantly demand manufacturers to “go outside and look at real women”, and strive for more realistic although mundane shapes. I like the height and weight as well, I think it’s a good choice for their first body. Also, it’s going to be interesting to hear from the bunch who likes to dress up their dolls whether this body is easy to buy clothes for or not.
Besides that, I also like the heads, where the asian one is my favourite out of three. And although none of the heads really click with me personally, like some other heads from other manufacturers do, I find them young, fresh-looking, pleasing and non-vulgar, which are all wins in my book.
All in all, it’s nice to see a new manufacturer, especially the one of the Western origin, and I wish Andy and SINEEM good luck. And although the manufacturing process is located in China, I hope to see and read some good things about the culture of production and customer service in action here, as I personally find this side of business lacking and in need of improvement.

    1. Andy

Hello Hanshoku, thank you for your recognition. I’ve been deeply involved in the sex doll industry for many years, but I’ve always seen manufacturers pursuing a doll without a single flaw. Some manufacturers are even focused on current AI technology. I don’t deny anything, which is why I founded SINEEM. I believe in first listening to the opinions of the vast sex doll enthusiast community, and secondly, building a better SINEEM based on my ideals. It originates from imperfection, and it listens even more attentively to “your” heart. My vision of a “partner” is realistic, with harmonious lines and a slightly asymmetrical figure. These “partners” are our spiritual and physical refuge. Of course, we cannot rule out the possibility that some extreme perfectionists would prefer to obtain a naturally flawless creation. Therefore, we’ve developed a new solution, providing a substitute for real people to go global and listen to the public’s psychology. Finally, I thank you again for your love for SINEEM. I also hope to receive more feedback to make SINEEM even greater and help more people.

  4. Andy

Hello Steven, first of all, thank you very much for your high expectations and positive feedback on SINEEM. I’m Andy, the founder and CEO of SINEEM. I saw at the end of your article that you were interested in the manufacturing location. I’m completely transparent about this, and I’d even like to invite all Western doll enthusiasts to visit my factory. Let me introduce SINEEM: it’s a trademark and brand registered in the United States, but its manufacturing location is in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. My factory doesn’t do OEM manufacturing for any other brands. We are currently actively recruiting more distributors, and we are also accelerating the development of our website. I saw in your article that you mentioned the lack of more nude photos and videos. I apologize for this; since the brand was officially launched in January, these “beautiful women” only started filming in January, so it takes some time. Because I’m a pragmatist, I believe it’s better to experience it firsthand than to exaggerate their qualities. Would you be open to choosing a beautiful lady? We are currently updating our 2.0 yoga skeleton, making it more flexible and with joints that better conform to the human body. Let’s get closer to our dream of “embracing imperfection in perfection.” I look forward to your reply. I also welcome any questions from anyone interested in dolls. This is not for sales purposes, but to help answer your questions.

    1. Steven

Understandable. It’s 2026 so people expect to see the doll naked in every direction and angle. šŸ˜„ Looking forward to more photos, videos, and designs.

The skeleton is something I wanted to mention but there’s no info on it. On Dollto-China, it says the joints are “Ball Joints.” That sounds interesting. I will keep an eye out for any future updates and teasers. Good luck with everything.

      1. Andy

Hi Steven, thank you for your question. I have sent you an email containing product information with customizable silicone doll options. It includes photos of the internal skeleton.

Thanks šŸ˜€ Would be cool to show my audience what you are all about šŸ˜‰

              1. Andy

I’ll consider it after I finish this busy period. I’m currently accelerating the development of my independent website and the shooting of more product and factory photos.

    3. Celes Follower

Steven, great review, as always šŸ˜Ž

Andy, thanks for writing, it’s a pleasure to see Brand CEO involved. It is a smart idea to make a 148 ultra -light doll when the curvy doll market is crowded. I thought it was 25kg without head, but after reading carefully, I understood it is 25kg, head included, great !

I find the curves very attractive and realistic, the RST is great, breast are stunning as well as the buttock, very good job
it looks like you’ve designed the vagina with puffy outer lips like Gynoid. I’m not really fan since a real girl doesn’t have a vagina shape like this. I wonder how the doll looks in doggy with this vagina shape, maybe reduce the vagina lips swelling?

hands and feet are pretty well done, I love the feet nails, kudos. Just adding some veins for more realism

Harper & bliss are stunning, we miss seriously western heads in the market. Just one question, I wonder how those girls look like as factory pics, I fell like they are Photoshop edited, the face is too much “perfect”

      thanks

      1. Andy

Hello Celes Follower, thank you for your feedback. As CEO, from my company’s perspective, I need to listen to and even connect with the hearts of all sex doll enthusiasts. Only in this way can I create better “girls” and “boys” so that SINEEM can help more people. Although work can be quite busy, I still make sure to read every message and comment carefully, as these are key to SINEEM’s improvement.

From your comments, I learned: 1. Ultra-lightweight design is currently a challenge for most sex doll enthusiasts. They want a lighter “her,” but weight reduction is linked to softness. Therefore, we developed a new type of weight-reducing inner liner, which can greatly reduce the difference in softness caused by weight reduction. We will continue to move in this direction. 2. Thank you for recognizing the proportions of the 148cm body’s chest and hips (I don’t like to call them products; they are all born from SINEEM, and I prefer to call them by their names). Regarding the feedback on the vulva, she is a model we have signed, made with oil wax coating without using 3D technology for correction; this is the vulva that a real woman possesses. I will post pictures of her labia, anus, and buttocks later. You can clearly see the irregular skin texture caused by the wax coating; this is evidence of its “authenticity.” 3. Regarding the hands and feet, thank you for your feedback. We are researching how to increase capillaries to create a more harmonious and ergonomic effect. If you have any suggestions or pictures, I would greatly appreciate them for reference. 4. I’ll keep the photos of Bliss, Harper, and Mirei living in the factory a secret for now; I’ll probably release them next week. We firmly reject the use of Photoshop; such actions violate our philosophy of “embracing imperfection within perfection.”
