On September 6, 2025, Juicy Made began presales for their upcoming Android 18-inspired sex doll. Code-named JM004, this marks their 3rd “1/1 scale figure” (after Tifa and Mai Shiranui). On the 168cm body once more, JM004 arrives fittingly dressed as Android 18 with her iconic side-swept hair (implanted). But unlike their previous two releases, she isn’t the most accurate recreation of Android 18 (in my opinion). Granted, their Mai Shiranui also looked more stylized than the video game counterpart, this one in particular, looks more like a cosplay. Though, the more I think about it, the more I agree with the design choice. A direct replica of the old-school anime character likely wouldn’t look as nice – but if she wasn’t dressed like this, I wouldn’t think “Android 18” just by looking at her.

While she doesn’t look entirely like Android 18, maybe it’s better this way.. an incredibly pretty face without the “jarring-ness” that some anime dolls have in-person. It’s like the modern realistic version of her, or perhaps, a “live action” version – which the more I look at it, the less I mind.
As previously discussed, Juicy Made’s dolls are made in the CY factory (Top-Cydoll in the West). Like their Tifa (Talia) and Mai (Kaia), they’re on the more realistic side with subtle hints of fantasy mixed in. Initially, I was a bit disappointed at Juicy Made. While their previous Mai Shiranui had a unique face, it at least sort of resembled her, while this one requires more imagination. However, after more thinking, I think this was probably the right move since I can’t imagine a replica of the 1991 anime character looking as life-like as this.
Anyway, the presale runs for 1 month until October 7, 2025, and supposedly ships in Dec 2025 – Jan 2026. Interestingly, their latest presale of JM003 (Mai Shiranui) began in June 25, and Top-Cydoll released Kaia 2 weeks later, which was unexpected.. I suspect Top-Cydoll will release this head one day as well, but obviously, she won’t be dressed like this. In the end, let me know your thoughts on this doll. Yeah, I noticed that too. I’m guessing they tried to “beautify” her so much that she lost a lot of her iconic features.
She looks like a real human type android 18 but not the one from the DBZ anime.
I have the ElsaBabe Android18 and besides her face emote, she looks the most real imo.
